Oplex Builds designed and installed a fully suspended cuplock scaffolding system beneath an active bridge in Abha to provide safe access for inspection and repair works.

The structure was anchored directly to the bridge beams and cantilevered outward over steep mountain terrain. Crews were working above open drops with no ground access below, which required precise load control, strong anchoring, and fully secured working platforms.

The system provided a continuous working deck, guardrails, and fall-protected access for technicians carrying tools and materials in a confined overhead environment.

All components were engineered to handle live loads, wind exposure, and vibration from passing traffic above.

This project required high-risk access engineering, not standard scaffold installation.

Delivered with zero safety incidents and full structural stability throughout the works.
